Root Tenant Context
Child tenants are managed in the root tenant. The following functions are available for creating, modifying and deleting tenants:

| CreateTenant | Create a new tenant on the root tenant. |
| UpdateTenant | Update a tenant on the root tenant with operations. |
| UpdateAllTenants | Update all child tenants on the root tenant with operations. |
| DeleteTenant | Deletes a tenant on the root tenant |
