Add Tasks
Next to the automatic generated tasks in GeolinQ users can define tasks of certain types. A taks start immediatelly after savin when 'start task at' field is empty .
Tasks defined by users are:

| Synchronise Database Datasource | Synchronisation of external databases linked to GeolinQ. Repetative tasks can be defined to harvest databases |
| External Process | Execute external processes. It is possible to add arguments if needed for the external process (algorithm, thir party solution to execute. |
| Import datasource content from VFS | Import data and data transactions using external datasources via a Virtual File Server. SFTP, FTP, FTPS and WebDAV protocols are provided. |
| Import dataset content from VFS | Import files using vanuit an external Virtual File Server. SFTP, FTP, FTPS and WebDAV protocols are provided. The location of the import file can be configured. Possible to clear the content before import of the new data or add the new data next to the existing content. |
When GeolinQ has to communicate with external SSL services, certificates are required. More information is available at keystores and truststores.
